Building an Arena

June 3, 2016 Michael Kronmiller

This is a brief time-lapse of the construction of a small drone arena. The purpose of the arena is to provide a safe environment to test your drone in, reducing the risk of it flying away. The solution is inexpensive and may save you from losing your drone. While I continue to work on my drone I need to comply with FAA regulations. The arena is technically an enclosed space, therefore not in the national airspace, avoiding regulations. In reality it also provides piece of mind because I don't have to worry about a rogue drone.
